Head of Sales (gn)

You will be part of our management team. Following our major rebranding, you will look after our key accounts, develop new potential and actively drive the company's growth.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the national and international sales strategy at Denttabs.
  • You develop and implement a lean and scalable sales process: from the first contact to the closing of the deal
  • You are the first point of contact for existing key accounts. You plan and implement sales activities and track target agreements
  • You are responsible for the planning, budgeting and KPI reporting of the sales department
  • You develop sales campaigns and customer presentations and are responsible for their implementation
  • You plan and control the creation of the product range, in close cooperation with the product development and marketing departments
  • You identify new market and customer potentials
  • You are responsible for building and developing a sales team

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business or a comparable education
  • You have at least five years of work experience in sales and ideally two years of management experience
  • You are talented in sales and bring a passion for sales with you
  • You are at home in the FMCG world and bring with you a reliable network of contacts
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are a strong negotiator
  • You are quick to learn digital project management and CRM tools
  • You keep track of several projects at the same time and love the diversity of topics
  • You have a strong growth mindset and a strong hands-on mentality
  • You speak German at a native level and are business fluent in English
