Application

1. Chew one toothpaste tablet.
   
   

2. Moisten your toothbrush.
   
   

3. Brush as usual for about two – three minutes.
   
   

4. Rinse your mouth afterwards.
   
   

Note

Do you miss the foam?
-> Many people need some time to get used to toothpaste tablets. To start with, simply use two Denttabs and reduce the amount to one tablet after a few applications.
