Application

1. Chew one toothpaste tablet.
2. Moisten your toothbrush.

Notes

Do you miss the foam?
Many people need to get used to toothpaste tablets at first. Simply use two Denttabs at the beginning and reduce the amount to one tablet after a few uses.

Is the mint too intense for you?
Leave the toothpaste tablets out in the open for a day. This allows some of the menthol to dissipate, making the flavor milder.
