Usage

1. Chew one toothpaste tablet.
2. Moisten your toothbrush.
3. Brush as usual for about two to three minutes.

Notes

Do you miss the foam?
Many people need a little time to get used to toothpaste tablets. Simply start by using two Denttabs and reduce the amount to one tablet after a few uses.

Is the mint too intense for you?
Leave the toothpaste tablets open for a day. This allows some of the menthol to evaporate, making the taste milder.
