In general, we recommend fluoride for all people who want to protect their teeth from

Which toothbrush do I use?
We recommend using the Denttabs toothbrush tablet with an ultra-soft toothbrush, e.g. our Denttabs bamboo toothbrush. Basically, the softer the toothbrush, the better for the polishing effect of the toothpaste tablets.
How do I store the toothbrush tablets?
The toothbrush tablets keep best when they are packed airtight and remain dry. Our storage jar has a volume for 125 tabs and guarantees good conditions for a long shelf life of our toothbrush tablets.
What is the shelf life of Denttabs once the package is opened?
If you make sure that the toothpaste tablets are always kept closed in the bathroom and stored in a dry and airtight place, you can still use Denttabs for the next 12 months after opening.
