Together with zerooo , we are committed to a deposit system that saves resources, reduces waste, and promotes a truly circular economy.
Why do we rely on reusable products?
We've long been committed to offering sustainable alternatives to conventional dental care. With our tablets, we avoid plastic tubes and the residue they leave behind.
And yet: Our bags are industrially compostable, but they still have to be disposed of with general waste. This is where zerooo comes in!
zerooo is the first reusable system for cosmetics and drugstore products. What has long been common practice in the beverage industry is now being expanded to include Denttabs toothpaste tablets, along with many other great products.
Instead of recycling or even burning disposable packaging, with zerooo we rely on a closed reusable system: Empty bottles are collected, cleaned, and reused – up to ten times.
At the end of their "bottle life," they are 100% recycled – the container is made of either glass or PET, and the caps are made of PE. Both are monomaterials, making recycling possible.
How it works:
1. Buy & Use – The Denttabs zerooo bottle contains 750 toothpaste tablets, enough for a whole year of sustainable dental care for one person.
2. Return – After use, the empty bottle, including the cap(!), can simply be returned to participating retailers or deposit machines.

3. Clean & Reuse – The returned reusable bottles go through a thorough cleaning process, are checked and then refilled by brands such as Speick , i+m , sodasan , SEA ME , Klaer Naturkosmetik , Aveo von Müller or Denttabs .
4. Recycling & closing the loop – After approximately ten reuses, the bottle is recycled separately, keeping the material in the material cycle. This not only avoids waste but also saves CO₂ and water.
Why is this so important?
The environmental impact of single-use packaging is enormous. According to zerooo, reusable systems of this kind can reduce CO₂ emissions by at least 40% compared to single-use products. Furthermore, plastic isn't simply disposed of but remains in the material cycle – a true zero-waste solution! We simply have to be part of this!
